PersonalEyes in Canberra/Deakin is seeking an experienced Practice Manager/Team Leader to oversee the Deakin clinic, drive best practices, and manage daily operations. The role is hands-on, highly visible, and serves as the key link between staff and Specialists to support patient care in the community.

The ideal candidate has extensive medical administration experience, strong people management skills, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure smooth running and excellent patient service.

Based in Deakin -Canberra,an exciting opportunity has become available for a Practice Manager/Team Leader to join our ever-expanding Company.

About the role:

This role is ideal for an exceptionally experienced Practice Manager/Team Leader to join usto lead, formulate, guide and co-ordinate site best practice in our Deakin clinic. The role of Team Leader is multi-faceted, hands on and highly visible within the organisation. It forms a key link between staff and Specialists and has the responsibility for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the practice and best support to our patients within our local community.
