Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the optical industry.
• Proven experience managing or leading teams within optical, retail, or healthcare environments.
• Strong dispensing skills and technical optical knowledge.
• A demonstrated commitment to exceptional patient care and customer service.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Strong organisational, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to successfully manage change and drive continuous improvement.
• A consultative approach to patient care and sales.
