Job summary

C.ex Group is seeking a Workforce Coordinator to oversee staffing, payroll, compliance and HR-related support across our NSW venues. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role coordinates rosters, leave, training and cross-department tasks while ensuring service excellence and regulatory adherence.

Ideal candidates will bring hands-on administration or operations experience in hospitality, with strong analytical and communication skills, plus NSW RSA/RCG certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or operations within a regulated hospitality environment.
• Experience with rostering, payroll and staff coordination.
• Strong reporting and data accuracy skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
• Current NSW RSA and NSW RCG certifications are required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalise operational rosters, coordinate leave coverage and training across venues.
• Process payroll and maintain accurate rostering, skills and availability records.
• Maintain records of employees' qualifications, licences and certifications related to gaming and compliance.
