Job summary

Dragonfly Limited in Brisbane (Salisbury) is seeking two hands-on Operations Support team members to join our fast-paced delivery hub. If you’ve worked in warehousing or operations and excel at coordinating deliveries and liaising with drivers, this could be the role for you.

You’ll support daily flows, prep loads, track packages, and help keep everything moving smoothly behind the scenes, while working with drivers, delivery partners and the call centre to ensure timely updates and issue

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an operations, transport or warehouse environment.
• Strong customer service and solutions-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Support daily delivery operations by preparing reports and assisting with package tracking and processing.
• Handle incoming and outgoing packages, including returns, to ensure the efficient flow of parcels.
• Work closely with Drivers and Delivery Partners to coordinate loadout and resolve any delivery issues quickly.
• Liaise with the call center to assist with customer updates or queries, providing on-the-ground support.
• Partner with Supervisors and team members to maintain smooth, day-to-day operations across the delivery centre.
• Jump in to assist with truck loading and unloading, ensuring packages are sorted and ready on time.
• Support the sortation team during peak times to meet delivery deadlines.
• Keep accurate records through data entry and elevate any issues or special cases to Supervisors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health and safety standards.
