Job summary

Dragonfly Limited on the Sunshine Coast is seeking two hands‑on Operations Support team members to help run our Caloundra delivery hub. You will liaise with drivers, coordinate deliveries, and keep daily loads moving in a fast‑paced environment.

You will support drivers on the road, prepare reports, manage packages, and maintain accurate records. This role suits proactive individuals seeking a clear career pathway in logistics within a growing e‑commerce delivery operation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an operations, transport or warehouse environment.
• Strong customer service and solutions-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to lift up to 20kgs.

Responsibilities

• Support daily delivery operations by preparing reports and assisting with package tracking and processing.
• Handle incoming and outgoing packages, including returns, to ensure the efficient flow of parcels.
• Work closely with Drivers and Delivery Partners to coordinate loadout and resolve any delivery issues quickly.
• Liaise with the call center to assist with customer updates or queries, providing on‑the‑ground support, and occasionally contacting customers directly via phone or email.
• Partner with Supervisors and team members to maintain smooth, day‑to‑day operations across the delivery centre.
• Jump in to assist with truck loading and unloading, ensuring packages are sorted and ready on time.
• Support the sortation team during peak times to meet delivery deadlines.
• Keep accurate records through data entry and escalates any issues or special cases to Supervisors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health and safety standards.
