Job summary

Dragonfly Technologies Pty Ltd in Brisbane’s Salisbury delivery hub is seeking hands-on Operations Support Team Members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want a clear career path into logistics management.

You will coordinate with drivers and delivery partners, help prepare daily loads, handle packages, and keep accurate records while staying compliant with health and safety standards. Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00am to 1:00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, transport or warehouse environments.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg.

Responsibilities

• Support daily delivery operations by preparing reports and assisting with package tracking and processing.
• Handle incoming and outgoing packages, including returns, to ensure the efficient flow of parcels.
• Work closely with Drivers and Delivery Partners to coordinate loadout and resolve delivery issues quickly.
• Liaise with the call centre to assist with customer updates or queries, providing on-the-ground support, and occasionally contacting customers directly via phone or email.
• Partner with Supervisors and team members to maintain smooth, day-to-day operations across the delivery centre.
• Jump in to assist with truck loading and unloading, ensuring packages are sorted and ready on time.
• Support the sortation team during peak times to meet delivery deadlines.
• Keep accurate records through data entry and elevate any issues or special cases to Supervisors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health and safety standards.
