Job summary

Dragonfly in Sydney (Pemulwuy) seeks hands-on Operations Support team members for a fast-paced hub environment. You’ll back daily delivery operations, prepare reports, track packages, and coordinate with drivers and partners to keep loads moving efficiently.

The role requires practical warehouse/operations experience, strong customer service, and good communication. Growth opportunities exist within our expanding logistics team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an operations, transport or warehouse environment.
• Strong customer service and solutions-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg.

Responsibilities

• Support daily delivery operations by preparing reports and assisting with package tracking and processing.
• Handle incoming and outgoing packages, including returns, to ensure the efficient flow of parcels.
• Liaise with Drivers and Delivery Partners to coordinate loadout and resolve delivery issues quickly.
• Collaborate with the call center to update customers and provide on-the-ground support.
• Partner with Supervisors to maintain smooth day-to-day operations across the delivery centre.
• Assist with truck loading/unloading and ensure packages are sorted and ready on time.
• Support the sortation team during peak times to meet delivery deadlines.
• Keep accurate records through data entry and escalate issues to Supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health and safety standards.
