Dragonfly is seeking an Operations Support Team Member for our Pemulwuy delivery hub in Sydney. You will support daily operations, coordinate with drivers and partners, and help keep parcels moving efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

The role suits someone hands-on with warehouse experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a rapidly expanding logistics business.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, transport or warehouse environments.
• Strong customer service and solutions-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic software tools.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg and handle manual tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Support daily delivery operations by preparing reports and tracking packages.
• Handle incoming/outgoing packages, including returns, ensuring smooth flow.
• Coordinate with Drivers and Delivery Partners to load and resolve issues.
• Assist call centre with customer updates, via phone or email.
• Collaborate with Supervisors to maintain day-to-day operations.
• Assist with truck loading/unloading and sortation during peak times.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and escalation when needed.
• Keep the work area clean, safe and organised per health and safety standards.
