Job summary

Dragonfly Limited is hiring two Operations Support Team Members for our Pemulwuy delivery hub in Sydney. You will support daily delivery operations, coordinate with drivers and partners, and help ensure timely, accurate package handling in a fast-paced environment.

The role suits hands-on, proactive individuals who thrive in team settings and are comfortable with evening schedules (3:00pm–11:00pm). Growth opportunities exist as the company expands across Australia.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an operations, transport or warehouse environment.
• Strong customer service and solutions-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to lift up to 20kgs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily loads and assist with package tracking and processing.
• Handle incoming and outgoing packages, including returns, to ensure smooth flow of parcels.
• Coordinate with drivers and delivery partners to loadout and resolve issues quickly.
• Liaise with the call center to update customers and provide on-ground support via phone or email.
• Work with Supervisors to maintain day-to-day operations across the delivery centre.
• Assist with truck loading/unloading and keep packages organized for timely delivery.
• Support the sortation team during peak periods to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and escalate issues as needed.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with health and safety standards.
