Job summary

Team Global Express is hiring a People Business Partner to support frontline operations and leaders with trusted HR advice and complex employee relations matters. About the Role At Team Global Express, we're transforming the future of logistics and supply chain solutions across Australia. As a People Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in supporting our frontline operations and leaders to deliver great people outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Partnering closely with operational leaders, you'll provide trusted HR advice, manage complex employee relations matters, support business transformation initiatives, and help drive a positive employee experience across a large, unionised workforce. What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders to provide practical and commercially focused HR advice across the employee lifecycle
• Manage a high volume of employee relations and case management matters, including investigations, performance management and workplace conduct issues
• Support leaders in navigating Fair Work, policy, compliance and employee relations matters
• Build trusted relationships with frontline operational teams in a complex and fast-moving environment
• Contribute to the delivery of people initiatives, organisational change programs and transformation projects
• Support workforce planning, talent, engagement and capability initiatives that drive business performance
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and broader People teams to deliver strong employee and leader experiences
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help implement practical solutions that add value to the business

What You'll Bring

• Strong HR generalist experience with solid foundations in employee relations and case management
• Experience supporting large, operational or frontline workforces within a complex organisation
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a high-volume environment
• Sound understanding of employment legislation and Fair Work principles
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels
• Experience working within a unionised environment will be highly regarded
• Exposure to HR projects, organisational change or transformation programs is advantageous
• A proactive, resilient mindset and genuine desire to learn, grow and contribute to a high-performing team
