Job summary

Team Global Express is seeking two Premium Service Coordinators to support our Priority - Specialised Services team. This full-time, on-site role is based at Melbourne Airport and offers both permanent and fixed-term opportunities.

Responsibilities

About the Rol e

We're looking for 2 customer-focused Premium Service Coordinators to join our Priority - Specialised Services team based at Melbourne Airport .

We have 2 full-time opportunities available:
1 x Permanent Full-Time Position
1 x Full-Time Fixed-Term Position until 12 November 2027

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
Rotating roster between 8:00am and 5:30pm
Same working hours apply to both positions.

What You'll Do

• Monitor high-priority freight consignments from pickup through to delivery.
• Proactively track freight and intervene when delays or service issues arise.
• Keep customers informed with timely and accurate shipment updates.
