United Rentals is seeking an Operations Supervisor based in Condell Park, NSW, to lead daily branch operations, oversee inventory, and allocate resources while supporting a tight-knit team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience leading operations, transport, or yard teams.
• Proven leadership capabilities with ability to engage and inspire.
• Strong planning skills for tight schedules and changing deadlines.
• Proactive, professional approach focused on excellent service.
• Ability to monitor delivery schedules and manage delays.
• Regular communication with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Compliance with CoR, NHVR regulations, and company policies.
• LF forklift license or willingness to obtain one quickly.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this pivotal position plays a critical role in driving our branch's success. • 2-3 years’ experience successfully leading, managing or supervising an operations, transport and/or yard team.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a natural ability to engage, coach, and inspire team members.
• Exceptional planning skills, with a track record of successfully managing tight schedules and shifting deadlines.
• A proactive, professional approach centred around delivering excellent service to both internal teams and external customers.
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively manage delays or operational issues.
• Maintain regular communication with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), NHVR regulations, and company policies.
• An LF forklift license (or a strong willingness to obtain one quickly).
