Job summary

United Rentals Australia/New Zealand is seeking an experienced Branch Manager based in Moorebank, NSW to take ownership of branch operations, drive performance, and lead a high-performing team. You will grow customer relationships, develop your team, ensure operational excellence, and deliver outstanding service.

You will lead day-to-day operations, partner with Sales to win new business and optimise fleet utilisation, while coaching staff and driving a strong safety culture across the site.

What You’ll be Doing

• Leading the day‑to‑day operations of the branch to drive productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with our Sales team to grow existing accounts, win new business and maximise opportunities.
• Coaching, developing and motivating a high‑performing team while managing recruitment, performance and employee engagement.
• Managing branch financial performance, reporting, inventory and fleet utilisation.
• Overseeing workshop, yard and equipment operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
• Championing a strong safety culture through compliance, training, incident management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service that supports our commitment to improving customer experience.
