Job summary

Segen Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its fast-moving eCommerce and 3PL fulfilment operations in Sydney. You will lead a warehouse team, oversee end-to-end fulfilment, and drive performance against SLAs while maintaining safety standards.

In this role you will optimize picking, packing, and dispatch processes, collaborate with inventory and customer service teams, and use WMS and data-driven insights to push continuous improvements in throughput and accuracy.

• Proven supervisory experience in eCommerce, 3PL, or high-volume warehousing.
• Experience with automated fulfilment systems.
• Strong understanding of SLA/DIFOT and service-level performance.
• Experience with WMS and data-driven decision making.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day fulfilment operations across a high-volume eCommerce environment. You’ll lead from the front — driving performance across picking, packing, and dispatch while ensuring service levels are consistently met.
