Qualifications

• Experience as Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar management role.
• Proven staff leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing operations, inbound receiving, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and performance standards.
• Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Maintain and improve warehouse processes and layouts for efficiency.
• Optimize stock layouts and space utilisation to support growth.
• Manage multiple customer accounts with varying product ranges and pricing structures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock integrity.
• Collaborate with customers on product requirements and service expectations.
• Prepare customer proposals and support onboarding of new accounts.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.

Phoenix Express Logistics is seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Team Leader to lead daily warehouse operations, manage a growing team, and support the continued expansion of our warehousing services. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong operational knowledge, customer management experience, and a proven ability to develop efficient warehouse processes and layouts. You will play a key role in overseeing multiple customer accounts, managing inventory flows, and ensuring operational excellence across all warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and performance standards are achieved.
• Manage the daily warehouse operations of inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain and improve warehouse processes, procedures, and operational efficiencies.
• Optimise warehouse client stock layouts and efficiencies to support growth and maximise space utilisation.
• Manage multiple customer accounts with varying product ranges, specifications, and pricing structures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock integrity.
• Work closely with customers to understand product requirements and service expectations.
• Prepare customer proposals and support the onboarding of new warehouse accounts.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or Management role.
• Proven staff management and leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of:
• Warehousing operations
• Inbound receiving processes
• Inventory management
• Product specifications and handling requirements
• Warehouse process development and implementation
• Experience managing warehouse growth and facility layout planning.
• Ability to manage multiple customers with varied product lines and pricing structures.
• Previous experience preparing customer proposals and commercial solutions.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience using CartonCloud WMS is essential or highly desirable.
• Forklift licence required.
