Motive 3PL in Sydney is seeking a driven Warehouse Operator to support a busy, multi-client operation. The role covers all aspects of picking, packing, receiving and dispatching across diverse client requirements, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and timely fulfilment.

You will use WMS and barcode scanning tools, manage stock locations and daily priorities, and contribute to ongoing process improvements to meet client service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' warehouse experience, preferably within a 3PL or multi-client fulfilment environment.
• Strong experience in receiving, inventory management, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Confidence using warehouse management systems and barcode scanning technology.
• A highly organised, methodical and process-driven approach to work.

Responsabilités

• Picking, packing and dispatching orders across multiple clients.

Driven Warehouse Operator Required - Be a part of our fast-growing operation

This is a hands-on, varied position covering all aspects of a busy, multi-client 3PL warehouse. Unlike traditional warehousing, the environment requires managing different clients, product ranges, order profiles and fulfilment requirements, often with competing priorities. You'll need to be organised, adaptable and confident working across different operational areas, while maintaining accuracy, efficiency and consistent service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Picking, packing and dispatching eCommerce and wholesale orders across multiple clients
• Receiving, checking and accurately processing incoming stock
• Managing stock locations, replenishment, inventory accuracy and stock movements
• Following client-specific packing instructions, SOPs and quality control requirements
• Processing returns, investigating discrepancies and resolving operational issues
• Using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners and freight platforms
• Coordinating carrier collections and preparing parcels, cartons and pallets for dispatch
