You will champion continuous improvement, leverage WMS for order tracking and KPI analysis, and collaborate with inventory, transport, and customer service to sustain growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in eCommerce, 3PL, or high-volume warehousing.
• Experience with automated fulfilment systems is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of SLA/DIFOT and service-level performance.
• Experience using WMS and data-driven decision making.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day fulfilment operations across a high-volume eCommerce environment. You’ll lead from the front — driving performance across picking, packing, and dispatch while ensuring service levels are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a warehouse team within a high-volume eCommerce/3PL environment
• Oversee end-to-end fulfilment operations including picking, packing, and dispatch
• Drive efficiency and throughput to meet tight SLAs and customer expectations
• Monitor workflows and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with WHS standards and operational procedures
• Work cross-functionally with inventory, transport, and customer service teams
• Utilise WMS to track performance, manage orders, and improve output
• Analyse KPIs including order accuracy, DIFOT, and productivity metrics

About You

• Proven supervisory experience in eCommerce, 3PL, or high-volume warehousing
