Job summary

No Time For Grime, a Sydney-based commercial cleaning company, is seeking an organised Organisation and Methods Analyst to improve operational systems, procedures, and workflows across commercial and strata cleaning operations. You will review workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose practical improvements in reporting and controls.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor degree in Business/Management or related field, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be adept with Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Management, Organisation Management or related discipline.
• Experience in an operational, service-based or facilities environment.
• Experience reviewing operational processes, procedures, workflows or work allocation methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret operational information and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Experience working with schedules, reports, operational records and business documentation.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to consult effectively with management, supervisors, administrative staff and operational employees.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Review existing operational and administrative methods, systems and procedures.
• Analyse workflows associated with scheduling, workforce allocation, site mobilisation, service delivery, inspections, reporting and issue resolution.
• Review organisational structures, responsibilities and work allocation to identify inefficiencies, duplication or gaps.
• Gather and analyse information from operational reports, schedules, records, procedures, complaints, inspection results and client feedback.
• Consult with management, supervisors, administrative staff and operational teams to identify operational and procedural issues.
• Prepare recommendations to improve work methods, workflows, responsibilities, reporting processes and operational controls.
• Review standard operating procedures, checklists, forms, work instructions and internal documentation.
• Assist with developing and implementing approved process and procedural improvements.
• Monitor compliance with established operating procedures and identify departures from company processes and standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across commercial and strata cleaning operations.
• Analyse operational performance and identify recurring issues, service failures, workflow delays and improvement opportunities.
• Assist management to document revised procedures and communicate operational changes to relevant employees.
• Support post-implementation reviews to assess whether process changes have improved efficiency, consistency and service delivery.
