Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Management, or Organisation Management.
• Experience in an operational, service-based or facilities environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review existing operational methods, systems and procedures.
• Analyze workflows for scheduling, workforce allocation, site mobilisation and service delivery.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements.
• Support implementation and monitor compliance with new procedures.
• Collaborate with management and staff to communicate changes.
