Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex operations.
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
• Experience with CRM, scheduling, payroll, or reporting platforms.
• Ability to liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience in system testing, implementation, and user training.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and review operational workflows across multiple sites to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Gather, validate, and prioritise business and system requirements with managers and staff.
• Evaluate scheduling and job allocation systems to improve staff utilisation and service delivery.
• Develop business requirements, process maps, and functional specs for system changes.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and external IT vendors.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of system improvements from design to post-implementation review.
• Coordinate UAT and validate changes against requirements.
• Oversee integration between CRM, scheduling, payroll, and reporting systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and performance reports.
• Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement automation to reduce manual work.
• Monitor system performance and create user documentation and training materials.
