BROADSAFE MAINTENANCE PTY LTD – Bundamba QLD

Working closely with management and operational teams, you will assess existing systems and processes, identify inefficiencies and develop recommendations to improve organisational effectiveness, productivity, service delivery and resource utilisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate organisational structures, operational systems, procedures and work methods across the business.
• Review workflows associated with maintenance, cleaning, security, specialised services and other service operations.
• Consult with managers, supervisors and employees to understand existing work practices and identify operational issues.
• Analyse workflow charts, work orders, service records, reports, procedures and other organisational information.
• Conduct work studies and assess existing and proposed methods, procedures and resource allocation.
• Identify duplication, process bottlenecks, inefficiencies and gaps in organisational systems.
• Develop recommendations for improved work methods, procedures, workflows and allocation of resources.
• Review operational processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and service consistency.
• Prepare process maps, workflow documentation, procedure manuals, operational instructions and analytical reports.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and recommend further changes where required.

About you

• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, management, commerce, organisational studies, operations management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in organisational analysis, business process improvement, workflow analysis or methods analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and research skills.
• Experience reviewing and improving organisational systems, procedures and work practices.
• Ability to analyse operational data, records and documentation and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare professional reports, process documentation and recommendations for management.
• Strong stakeholder consultation and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to analysing business processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with management and operational teams.
