Job summary

oOh!media, based in Sydney, seeks an oOh! Works Operations Office Lead to own the project plan execution and drive its audit and monitoring programme.

You will lead the operations office, ensuring the operating rhythm and cross‑department information flow so work stays on time and within budget. You’ll execute structured audits, maintain Playbook docs, and produce KPI‑driven reporting for leadership decisions, while influencing cross‑functional teams to adopt process discipline.

Qualifications

• Auditing or QA experience in delivery environment that measurably changed process.
• Process redesign to reduce hand-offs and cycle times with cross-functional buy-in.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams through evidence and credibility without positional authority.
• Strong documentation and reporting discipline with a single source of truth.

Responsibilities

• Manage operating rhythm and cross-department flow to keep work on time and within budget.
• Audit and monitor Playbook stages and gates across states; surface issues at Go/No-Go and handover.
• Produce KPI-linked reporting for leadership on speed to revenue, audit readiness, and cost reductions.
• Maintain and version-control Playbook docs, checklists, and process maps.
• Drive Playbook adoption across teams and escalate systemic gaps to owners.
• Support Group Director with project plan compliance and follow-ups.
