oOh!media is seeking an oOh! Works Operations Office Lead to govern the project's execution and drive an audit and monitoring programme.

You will lead the operations office, maintaining rhythm and cross-department information flow, ensuring the Bid-to-Build Playbook is followed across states and delivered within budget. You will oversee working cadence, audits, and reporting tied to KPIs like Speed to Revenue and Audit Readiness, while supporting leadership decisions and knowledge management

Qualifications

• Proven experience running an audit, QA, or process-compliance programme.
• Success in redesigning processes to reduce hand-offs and cycle times.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams through evidence and credibility.
• Strong discipline in maintaining a single source of truth and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of stage-gated delivery models (Bid-to-Build or equivalent).
• Industry-aligned qualifications or accreditation desirable.

Responsabilités

• Own the operating cadence, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery across teams.
• Execute audits and monitoring against Playbook stages and gates.
• Produce reporting tied to KPIs for leadership decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date Playbook docs, audits, and process maps.
