Job summary

oOh!media Limited in Sydney is seeking an experienced oOh! Works Operations Office Lead to own the execution of the project plan and drive the audit and monitoring programme.

You will lead the operations office, managing the operating rhythm and cross-department information flow so work stays on time and within budget, across states. You will ensure the Bid-to-Build Playbook is followed, influence PM Delivery, Warehouse & Planning, Field Force, and Systems & Data without formal authority, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience running an audit, quality-assurance, or process-compliance programme.
• Experience redesigning business processes to reduce hand-offs and cycle time.
• Ability to drive cross-functional actions using evidence and credibility.
• Strong documentation discipline and single source of truth for reporting.
• Knowledge of stage-gated delivery models (Bid-to-Build or equivalent).
• Background in asset-intensive or out-of-home operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold the operating cadence (stage-gate reviews, status forums) to keep work on time and within budget.
• Execute a structured audit and monitoring programme across states against playbook stages and gates.
• Produce governance reporting linked to KPIs such as Speed to Revenue and Audit Readiness.
• Maintain and version-control Playbook documentation and process maps.
• Drive Playbook adoption and process discipline across cross-functional teams.
• Provide program office support to the Group Director and manage project plan compliance.
