oOh!media is seeking an oOh! Works Operations Office Lead to own the project plan execution and drive audit and monitoring programs across states. You will manage the operating rhythm, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and maintain cross-functional information flow within the Bid-to-Build Playbook.

You will drive compliance reporting tied to KPIs and maintain current Playbook docs and maps, escalating gaps with evidence to leadership. This role reports to the Group Director, oOh! Works.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running an audit, QA, or compliance programme that measurably changed processes.
• Experience redesigning processes to cut hand-offs or cycle time with buy-in from operational teams.
• Ability to move cross-functional teams by evidence and credibility without positional authority.
• Strong documentation and reporting discipline; single source of truth current and accessible.
• Knowledge of stage-gated delivery models and asset-intensive or out-of-home operations.
• Tertiary qualification in business/operations/quality; process or audit accreditation desirable.

Responsabilités

• Maintain operating rhythm and cross-department flow to keep work on time and within budget.
• Audit and monitor Bid-to-Build Playbook across states; sample Go/No-Go and handover.
• Produce KPI-linked compliance reports for leadership decisions.
• Maintain Playbook documents, checklists, and process maps with version control.
• Drive Playbook adoption across cross-functional teams with evidence-based credibility.
• Provide program office support to the Group Director; manage plan compliance and follow-ups.
