Job summary

oOh!media is seeking an oOh! Works Operations Office Lead in Sydney to own the project plan execution and monitor the audit programme. You will drive operating rhythm, cross-department information flow, and Playbook adoption across states, influencing PM Delivery, Warehouse & Planning, Field Force and Data teams.

Lead compliance reporting, maintain documentation, and support the Group Director with plans, actions and follow-ups. 4 days in the office with flexibility in a vibrant culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running an audit, quality-assurance, or process-compliance programme.
• Experience redesigning business processes to reduce hand-offs or cycle time.
• Ability to drive cross-functional adoption using evidence and credibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operating rhythm with stage-gate reviews and forums to keep work on time and budget.
• Execute a structured audit and monitoring programme across states and gates.
• Produce KPI-linked reporting to help leadership decide on actions.
• Keep Playbook docs, audits, and process maps current and version-controlled.
• Influence cross-functional teams to adopt Playbook practices and close gaps.
• Provide program office support to the Group Director and ensure plan compliance.
