oOh!media invites an experienced Operations professional to lead the oOh! Works Operations Office.

Based in Sydney, this full‑time role owns the project plan execution, audit programme and operating rhythm across states, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of the Bid-to-Build Playbook. You will oversee cross‑functional information flow, drive playbook adoption with credibility, and partner with the Group Director to keep actions and milestones on track.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running audit, QA, or process-compliance programmes in operations.

Responsibilities

• Operating Rhythm & Cross-Department Flow: maintain cadence, surface risks early.
• Playbook Audit & Monitoring Programme: execute structured audits across states.
• Decisive Reporting: produce KPI-driven reports for leadership decisions.
• Knowledge Management & Documentation: keep playbook docs current and version-controlled.
• Cross-Functional Influence: drive adoption with evidence and credibility.
