Job summary

Fitness Lifestyle International – West End QLD is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop multiple boutique Pilates studios, delivering strong commercial outcomes while ensuring a premier member experience.

You will translate the brand’s vision into practical systems and clear expectations, coaching studio managers and driving consistent execution across locations. This hands-on role focuses on structure, team leadership and measurable improvement.

• Coach Studio Managers and build capability and accountability.
• Improve membership growth, lead conversion, retention and class utilisation.

• Strengthen operating standards, studio presentation and team practices.
• Manage budgets, controllable costs and labour productivity.
• Use performance data to identify issues, guide decisions and measure improvement.
• Provide owners with clear visibility of performance, priorities and progress.

Your opportunity

You will lead and develop multiple Studio Managers, helping them build capable teams, deliver strong commercial outcomes and take ownership of their studios.

Working with the owners, you will translate the brand’s vision into clear expectations, practical systems and consistent execution.

Your focus will include:

• Coaching Studio Managers and building their confidence, capability and accountability.
• Improving membership growth, lead conversion, retention and class utilisation.
• Protecting the member experience through thoughtful service and effective follow-through.
• Strengthening operating standards, studio presentation and team practices.
• Managing budgets, controllable costs and labour productivity.
• Using performance data to identify issues, guide decisions and measure improvement.
• Giving the owners clear visibility of performance, priorities and progress.

The leadership you bring

• You have led across multiple sites, or held a comparable operational role with responsibility for managers, commercial performance and customer experience.
• Your background may be in boutique fitness, wellness, premium hospitality or another service business where relationships and repeat custom matter.
• You can read the numbers, understand what is driving them and help a manager take meaningful action.
• You are comfortable having a direct conversation. You follow through. You set clear expectations and give people the support to meet them.
• You also notice the small things: a missed welcome, inconsistent communication, a presentation standard slipping, or a team member ready for more responsibility.

Most of all, you understand that strong performance comes from capable people, clear systems and an experience customers want to return to.
