Job summary

MINT Longevity is seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to lead the pre-sale campaign and drive the opening of Melbourne’s first location. You will own membership growth, revenue, team leadership and the overall member experience, becoming the on-site expert in MINT modalities and safety guidelines.

You will educate members, navigate options, and ensure a welcoming, premium environment while delivering strong commercial results to set the foundation for future growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience, ideally within fitness, wellness or premium hospitality.
• Strong sales capability with a proven ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with, educate and inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MINT pre-sale campaign, drive membership sales and deliver studio revenue targets.
• Play a key role in launching the first MINT Longevity location.
• Recruit, lead, coach and develop a high-performing studio team.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations including sales processes, onboarding, bookings and modality capacity.
• Become an expert in MINT modalities and educate members on use, benefits and safety.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience from initial enquiry to ongoing engagement and retention.
• Monitor KPIs, membership performance and modality utilisation to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain presentation, safety and operational standards.
• Build a welcoming, engaged MINT community.

About the role

As the first Studio Manager at MINT Longevity, you'll be at the heart of the organisation, leading the pre-sale campaign and studio opening before taking ownership of membership growth, revenue, team leadership, operations and the overall member experience. You'll become the on-site expert in MINT modalities, confidently educating members on the therapies available, helping them navigate their options and supporting them to get the most from their MINT experience. You'll create a studio where people feel welcome, safe, supported and genuinely looked after, while driving the commercial results that will set the foundation for MINT's future growth.
