BFT Brighton is seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to lead a high-performing team and grow a thriving member community. You’ll coach staff, drive membership growth, and partner across our five stores to deliver standout experiences.

You’ll bring at least 2 years in a leadership role in fitness, hold Cert III in Fitness, and have a proven track record of hitting sales targets. A growth mindset and people-first approach are essential for success in our supportive, energetic network.

What you’ll do:

Deliver an exceptional member experience: Coach with confidence, create a vibrant community atmosphere and ensure every member feels supported and inspired.

Drive business growth: Lead the charge on sales, retention, partnerships and the uptake of key programs (like our 8-Week Challenge).

Lead and collaborate: Partner with the Assistant Studio Manager to align on goals, manage day-to-day operations, and nurture a positive, high-performing team culture.

What we’re looking for:

Management Experience: At least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the fitness industry.

Fitness Credentials: Cert III in Fitness (strength & conditioning experience is a bonus).

Proven Performer: A track record of exceeding sales, growth, and retention targets.

People Person: Outgoing, reliable, and passionate about connecting with others.

Growth Mindset: You’re always looking for ways to improve, learn, and achieve more.
