Qualifications

• Experience in administration, logistics, inventory management or Xero would be an advantage.
• We’re more interested in aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn than years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Reception & Customer Service: answer calls, greet visitors and manage enquiries.
• Inventory & Purchasing Support: maintain stock records and assist with POs.
• Transport & Logistics Coordination: obtain quotes and coordinate deliveries.
• General Administration: maintain records, assist with invoices and Xero tasks.
