Job summary

Purolite Pty Ltd, part of Ecolab's Purification Technologies, seeks an Administration Officer to support ANZ operations. You’ll be the operational backbone of a small, high-performing team, coordinating orders, inventory, logistics and customer service from start to delivery.

This role offers genuine ownership, a flexible hybrid working environment, and exposure across customer service, logistics and supply chain activities within a global leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, customer operations or order management.
• Exposure to logistics, warehousing, inventory or supply chain processes.
• Strong administration and coordination skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Microsoft Excel and systems capability.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and manage order fulfilment.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide delivery updates.
• Resolve order and delivery issues.
• Support customer account administration.
• Coordinate stock movements across Australia and New Zealand.
• Liaise with warehouses, freight providers and logistics partners.
• Monitor inventory availability and replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate imports and inbound shipments.
• Manage shipping and dispatch documentation.
