Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Disability & Home Care Services in Sydney, with responsibility for launching Support at Home and growing NDIS services. You will report to the Director and oversee the team, ensuring service quality and compliance while accommodating flexible working arrangements.

The role requires a strong track record in disability/home care management, stakeholder development, budgeting, and audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in disability or home care services, incl. 3+ years in management
• Proven track record growing a service (new clients, referrals, growth targets)
• Existing relationships with support coordinators and referral groups (highly regarded)
• Knowledge of NDIS, NDIS Practice Standards and NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission
• Willingness and ability to travel interstate regularly
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, current driver’s licence and own car

Responsibilities

• Grow participant and client numbers across NDIS and Support at Home.
• Launch and set up Support at Home including systems, staffing and onboarding.
• Run daily operations across our NDIS services and oversee the team.
• Manage rosters, staffing levels, and recruitment for consistent, high-quality support.
• Maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and lead audits.
• Oversee incidents, complaints and reportable incidents and ensure proper reporting.
