Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a General Manager to lead our NDIS services and launch the Support at Home offering from Sydney, with interstate travel to visit sites and partners.

You will grow participant numbers, build referral networks, oversee daily operations across NDIS services and coach the team. You will manage rosters, budgets and ensure compliance with Aged Care/NDS standards while driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Management experience in disability services (NDIS) and related care settings.
• At least 5 years in disability or home care with 3+ in management.
• Proven ability to grow services and meet growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Grow participant and client numbers across NDIS and Support at Home.
• Build and maintain referral networks with coordinators, plan managers, and hospitals.
• Lead the setup and launch of Support at Home with systems and staffing.
• Run daily operations across NDIS services and coach the team.
• Manage rosters, staffing levels and recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and audit readiness.
• Monitor budgets, pricing and profitability; report to Director.
• Identify and drive improvements to systems and processes.
