Willowtree Planning Pty in North Sydney seeks an experienced Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across admin, systems and events. This permanent full-time role is based in our North Sydney office and offers a collaborative, proactive work environment.

You will lead a small admin team, manage office operations, implement CRM and payroll systems, support directors with governance and diaries, and coordinate client events and internal meetings.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience in operations, executive assistance, or administration roles.
• Proficiency with WorkGuru, Employment Hero, Xero, and CRM systems.
• Exceptional organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Problem-solving attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead, review and mentor 3 administration team members.
• Oversee office operations including lease agreements, maintenance and suppliers.
• Manage fee proposals, invoicing, and sales pipeline reports using WorkGuru and Xero.
• Implement and optimise systems such as WorkGuru, Employment Hero and HubSpot CRM; train staff.
