oOh!media is seeking an experienced P&C Operations Manager based in North Sydney. You will lead a small team, owning Workday, ServiceNow and Enboarder administration to streamline employee processes and improve service delivery.

You will coach the team, drive system improvements, and partner with Payroll, HR Business Partners and leaders to deliver data-informed decisions and a superior employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in P&C/HR operations, employee services or a shared services environment.
• Hands-on Workday administration experience and demonstrated experience using ServiceNow in an HR or employee service environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of P&C operational services, ensuring employee and leader enquiries are handled accurately, consistently and on time.
• Oversee key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment changes, leave administration and offboarding.
• Own the administration and ongoing optimisation of Workday, ServiceNow and Enboarder.
• Develop and maintain clear service standards, service level agreements and operational KPIs.
• Use HR systems, automation, self-service and AI-enabled functionality to simplify processes and improve employee experience.
• Maintain high standards of employee data accuracy, integrity, security and position management.
• Develop practical P&C dashboards and workforce reporting to support business decision-making.
• Identify service trends, operational risks and continuous improvement opportunities, then turn them into measurable outcomes.
• Standardise and document processes and procedures, building a sustainable knowledge base for the team.
• Coach and develop P&C Operations team members, while partnering closely with Payroll, P&C specialists, HR Business Partners and business leaders.
