Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Leadership Team in Sydney. The role focuses on inventory management, labor planning, and scheduling to keep the store customer-ready at all times.

You will lead and coach the operations team, ensure strong standards, and collaborate with the General Manager on budgeting and performance metrics. The role requires 3-5 years in retail leadership, proficiency with MS Office, and a strong ability to communicate across teams.

Qualifications

3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
Strong inventory accuracy and process improvement skills.
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support execution of key operational processes.
Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues; partner to elevate processes.
Champion operational standards on the sales floor using performance data.
Support labor hours planning to efficiently receive product deliveries.
Ensure a safe, productive work environment and efficient operation.
Represent the business in meetings with the General Manager; manage budget and reporting.
