Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in Sydney to support store profitability and efficiency across inventory, receiving, replenishment, and floor experience. The role partners with the Operations & Visual Management team to drive best-in-class store operations.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in client-centric sales/ops roles, a passion for exceptional service, and the ability to move constantly and lift up to 10–15 kg.

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales & operations role.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve results as an individual and as a team.

• Constant movement around store and ability to lift up to 10–15 kg.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximise accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with the Store Manager to fix gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendor relations to optimise operations.
• Promote a safe work environment and robust stockroom standards.
• Move across the sales floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Assist with inventory flow and daily replenishment to support business goals.
• Deliver company directives in partnership with the Ops & Visual Management teams.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support goals.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, inviting and efficient; may work weekends/peak periods.
