Job summary

ALO is seeking an In-Store Operations Lead for Bondi Junction (Flagship) to drive profitability and efficiency across the store. The role requires dynamic movement on the shop floor and back of house, leading inventory processes, and ensuring top-tier guest service.

You will partner with the Operations and Visual teams to execute directives, manage budgets, and develop talent. As part of the leadership group, you will enable strong stockroom operations, safety, and visual standards while moving

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Values feedback, receptive to feedback and eager to provide.
Ability to lead by example and inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience.

Responsibilities

Drive profitability and efficiency with the store leadership team.
Lead inventory management, shrink reduction and stockroom standards.
Oversee shipments, receiving, floor replenishment and visual standards.
Coach and develop Operations Associates; recruit and grow talent.
Collaborate with store leaders to manage reporting, budgets and vendor relationships.
