Centorrino Technologies (CT) is seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations and service availability within a large ICT environment. The role is based in ACT or SA and is offered as a 12-month contract with potential for extension.

You will provide operational leadership, coordinate technical teams and stakeholders, and help ensure services remain secure and available in line with requirements.

Competenze

• Experience leading ICT operations within large, complex environments.
• Strong operational leadership and service management experience.
• Excellent communication with executives and technical teams.
• Knowledge of ICT operations, service availability and incident management.
• Familiar with security policies and related technologies is a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operational management of critical ICT services and components.
• Monitor service availability, investigate outages and breaches of service targets.
• Coordinate remedial activities and drive timely issue resolution.
• Provide advice on service availability, planning and performance improvements.
• Act as central coordinator between technical teams, management and leadership.
• Prioritise resources and operational requirements across teams.
• Ensure leadership has information and resources for ongoing operations and change.
• Lead investigations into operational and security incidents.
