Job summary

Uber in Sydney is seeking a Growth Marketing Assistant to support planning, deployment and tracking of consumer growth campaigns across ANZ. You will work with large data sets to craft and deploy campaigns using martech tools and CRM platforms, contributing to in-app experiences and promotional events.

The role is a 12-month contract with potential extension, based in Sydney CBD, with a casual uniform and a pay rate of $40.84/hr + super. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of operations or marketing experience.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Ability to own certain campaigns and work autonomously.
• Experience working CRM platforms (e.g. Adobe stack) preferred.
• Experience working with data and spreadsheets preferred.
• Passion for online retail, ecommerce and tech.
• Understanding of category management, retail activation and operations is preferred.
• Cross functional experience.
• Able to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support and own growth campaigns, including the creation and deployment of new CRM campaigns and consumer content.
• Be hands-on with our internal martech tools to segment users and manage campaigns.
• Support the curation of the in-app experience.
• Support the execution of the promotional and events plan by leading the delivery of assets and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Provide timely PIR (Post-Implementation Review) reporting on events and asset performance to support future optimization and decision-making.
