Job summary

Vinarchy is seeking an organised and proactive Operational Excellence Support professional to join our Commercial team in Sydney. This role drives operational excellence, improves processes and provides reporting and analytical insights that enable better business decisions.

You will collaborate with Retail, On Premise, E-Retail and Field Sales to enhance customer engagement, sales effectiveness and performance through data, dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, business support or commercial operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with reporting tools, dashboards and large datasets.
• Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting platforms.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative approach and continuous improvement mindset.
• Alcohol or FMCG experience will be highly regarded.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications are advantageous.

About the Role

We're looking for an organised and proactive Operational Excellence Support professional to join our Commercial team in Sydney.

The salary band for this position is: $78,000 - $83,000 + super + wine allowance
