Job summary

Vinarchy is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive people strategy in our site-based operations in Berri, SA. You will partner with senior leaders, lead a small HR team and provide expert advisory across workforce planning, employee relations and remuneration.

You will bring extensive HR generalist experience in manufacturing, a strong knowledge of Australian employment law, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders while shaping organisation design and culture initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant HR generalist experience in a complex operational, manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, industrial relations and Australian employment legislation.
• Experience managing complex workplace matters and supporting organisational change.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, coach and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate people insights into practical outcomes.
• Effective negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with HR systems and people reporting tools.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations or a related discipline.

About the Role

This is a site based role reporting to an experienced and engaged leader and working as part of a truly global team. As the Senior HR Business Partner you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders across our state-of-the-art operations business. Based in Berri, this role provides commercially focused people leadership that supports business performance, workforce capability and culture outcomes.

Managing a small HR team, you will support the delivery of people initiatives that build engagement, strengthen leadership capability and support business outcomes across workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and remuneration and benefits.
