Job summary

Roof Ninjas is seeking an Operations Coordinator to act as the glue between estimating, site teams and head office support. You’ll take handover from estimators and ensure every job is set up, documented, scheduled, inspected, and running smoothly so supervisors can lead crews and projects stay on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction coordination or field operations
• Strong understanding of job flow, compliance, and scheduling
• Proficient in job management systems
• On-site and in-office ability to inspect and report
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Respects deadlines and thrives under pressure

Responsibilities

• Prepare job packs and upload documentation post-estimating
• Maintain trade schedules and allocate crews across jobs
• Conduct basic site inspections (pre-start, progress, completion)
• Write up minor quotes, scopes, and variations for approval
• Be the liaison for payroll, HR, and safety queries from the field
• Support supervisors with admin, scheduling and resourcing
• Own the flow of information between crews, systems, and head office
