Qualifications

• Strong scheduling and coordination of trades and admin tasks.
• Background in admin, trades, carpentry or roofing is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the job schedule, sequencing trades and materials to avoid delays.
• Liaise with customers and trades to confirm dates and progress.
• Track every job from scope to completion, flagging slippage early.
• Review reports, photos and trade documentation for accuracy before sign-off.
• Support handover to estimators and office team for client processing.
