Job summary

Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join the Mobile Cranes team in Dandenong South. You will coordinate day-to-day service operations across the region, owning workflow, customer requirements, technician allocation and crane movements to ensure safe, efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Liebherr and Mobile Crane experience preferred.
• Experience in Service Coordinator, Service Advisor, Workshop Coordinator, or similar.
• Experience in heavy equipment, mobile plant, crane, mining or related technical environments.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management.
• Excellent organisational and scheduling skills with competing priorities.
• Experience with WIP, job costing or service administration.
• Ability to coordinate technicians and resources to maintain workflow.
• High attention to detail and strong computer skills.
• Effective communication with customers, technicians and managers.
• Proactive in identifying problems and delivering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service activities across workshop and field.
• Serve as key contact for customers, technicians, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate technicians, parts, tooling, and equipment to meet priorities.
• Manage crane and component movements to support build and delivery.
• Ownership of WIP: open/close jobs, cost, quotations, timelines.
• Maintain planner and MMS visibility of current/upcoming work.
• Coordinate warranty, modification and service work.
• Provide operational reporting and preempt issues.
• Guide service team and maintain efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with Sales, Parts, Payroll, Administration, suppliers, contractors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and safety culture.
• Promote safety and compliance with HSE/quality/legislative requirements.
