Job summary

Freo Group Pty Ltd is seeking an organised, proactive Operations Coordinator to support Newman operations. You will blend office-based operational planning with onsite coordination, working with our Superintendent, Supervisors and teams to ensure safe, efficient and profitable crane and lifting service delivery.

Experience in operations coordination and admin support.

Responsibilities

No two days are the same; coordinate people, mobilisation and compliance.
Linkage to customer requirements and invoicing.
Support workforce planning and scheduling.
Manage employee mobilisation, travel and site access.
Maintain training, competency and compliance records.
Coordinate shutdown and project requirements.
Prepare customer invoices and support month-end billing.
Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders.
Support reporting, procurement and branch administration.
