Freo Group Pty Ltd, part of Marmon Holdings (Berkshire Hathaway), is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator to support our Newman operations. Working a 2:1 roster, you will coordinate office-based operational planning with onsite supervision to ensure safe, efficient and profitable crane and lifting services.

• Organised, proactive and customer-focused individual with experience in operations coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating mobilisation, labour and site access.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating labour, equipment and operational resources
• Supporting workforce planning and scheduling
• Managing employee mobilisation, travel and site access
• Maintaining training, competency and compliance records
• Coordinating shutdown and project requirements
• Preparing customer invoices and supporting month-end billing
• Processing payroll information and operational documentation
• Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders
• Supporting reporting, procurement and branch administration
