Job summary

Freo Group, part of Marmon Holdings backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator to support Newman operations. You will mix office-based operational planning with onsite coordination, working with the Superintendent, Supervisors and teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery of crane and lifting services.

Working a 2:1 roster, you'll play a key role in coordinating labour, mobilisation and compliance while maintaining records and delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Experience in operations coordination, mobilisation, workforce planning and administration.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience within mining, maintenance, industrial services, cranes, logistics or construction (highly regarded).
• Experience with mobilisation systems, payroll, invoicing or procurement will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating labour, equipment and operational resources.
• Supporting workforce planning and scheduling.
• Managing employee mobilisation, travel and site access.
• Maintaining training, competency and compliance records.
• Coordinating shutdown and project requirements.
• Preparing customer invoices and supporting month-end billing.
• Processing payroll information and operational documentation.
• Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting reporting, procurement and branch administration.
• Assisting the operational team to deliver exceptional customer service.
