Job summary

Blue Sky Drinks is seeking an Operations Coordinator to keep the wheels turning across orders, stock, and logistics. You will own the process from start to finish, collaborating with the Head of Operations and delivering end-to-end operational excellence.

In this role you’ll manage orders, coordinate stock transfers, and build strong relationships with warehouses, suppliers and customers. A hands-on, detail-focused mindset and experience in beverage FMCG is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing, customer service or operations coordination.
• Confident, professional communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers.
• A proactive, follow through mindset.
• Experience in liquor, beverage or FMCG (useful but not essential).
• Experience working with large retail or wholesale customers (useful but not essential).
• Exposure to third party warehousing, purchasing or inventory management (useful but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Running the daily order cycle end to end: receiving, checking, entering and confirming customer orders.
• Coordinating stock replenishment and transfers into distribution centres nationwide.
• Keeping the open order book moving by proactively following up with warehouses, freight providers and customers.
• Building strong, practical working relationships with customers, wholesalers, suppliers and logistics partners.
• Managing purchase orders, supplier delivery dates and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Supporting stock transfers, stocktakes, monthly compliance tasks and product registration requirements.
• Maintaining accurate product, pricing and customer data across our systems.
• Spotting issues early, taking ownership and driving them to resolution.

As our Operations Coordinator, you'll be the go to person who keeps the wheels turning: orders in, stock out, suppliers aligned, logistics tight. You'll work directly with the Head of Operations and take full ownership of the process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

Running the daily order cycle end to end: receiving, checking, entering and confirming customer orders.

Coordinating stock replenishment and transfers into distribution centres nationwide.

Keeping the open order book moving by proactively following up with warehouses, freight providers and customers.
